飛騨牛をフレンチテイストで味わうことが出来るレストラン。 オーナーシェフの田上氏は、フランスの三つ星レストランなどで修行を積んだ後、独立してこの店を開いた。 この店は、ステーキ肉には高い等級の飛騨牛のみを仕入れ、それを一番美味しい状態になるまで約2週間かけて熟成させている。 ステーキ以外にも、飛騨牛の肉の特性を活かしたメニューや、地元の食材を使ったメニューが豊富に揃う。 ランチ時には、セットメニューが2,000円程度からあり、ステーキセットも4,000円程度で楽しむことが出来る。 店のお洒落な内外観は、パリにあるビストロを彷彿させる感じだ。

キャッチフレーズは、“日本一飛行機に近い展望デッキ”。 延べ床面積は約4,378㎡と広々しており、2層構造(3階と4階)の4階からは360度を見渡すことが出来る。 間近で見る飛行機の離着陸の様子は迫力があり、見飽きることがない。 また、展望デッキの床に設置された685個のLEDは夜になるとライトアップされ、滑走路の航空灯とあわせて、綺麗でロマンチックな感じだ。 これだけの内容にもかかわらず、無料だというのも良い。 デッキの4階部分にはビアガーデン「ソラガ・ミエール」が隣接しており、美味しい生ビールや料理などを楽しむことが出来る。
Onomichi Hon-dori Shopping Street
This arcade shopping street stretches about 1.5 km east of JR Onomichi Station and has a retro feel. Most of the approximately 300 stores are nothing special, but there are more than a few cool general stores, hip cafes, and stores where you can buy and eat Onomichi’s original souvenirs and food.
Kantaro New Chitose Airport Store
You’ll get delicious sushi any restaurant to visit, but the conveyor belt sushi shop “Kantaro” has the best value for money.
