The grounds of the observatory, which is located on a hill, are grassy and nice.
Since there is nothing around the observatory, the view from it is spectacular.
The contrast of the blue ocean, white sandy beach, jungle green with rutus and sandalwood, and blue sky is beautiful.
A small café (MISHORAN CAFÉ), which also serves as a tourist information center, is located near the observatory, serving drinks and snacks made from local products of the island.
On the beach, there is an underwater pool carved out of a coral reef and a park with a variety of playground equipment.
The sea here is famous for the high probability of encountering sea turtles, even in shallow waters.
The park offers free use of toilets, showers, changing rooms, and other amenities!
