Bus:There are two routes; Hokuto Kotsu Makomanai Bus Line and Hokuto Kotsu Chuo Bus Toshin Line.
Both take about 30 min. and cost ¥930.
Hokuto Kotsu Makomanai Bus Line has only 2 buses departing every hour, but conveniently, has a bus stop within the outlet mall.
Be careful not to miss the last bus leaving for New Chitose Airport at 17:40.
Although Hokuto Kotsu Chuo Bus Toshin Line has around 4 buses for every hour, the nearest bus stop to the outlet mall is a 10 min. walk, and a little difficult to find. It’s best not to use this bus line.
