つづみそば

1956年創業の老舗ラーメン店。 豚骨、鶏油、地元産の野菜、煮干しを一晩かけてじっくり煮込んだ出汁と、特製の醤油たれを加えたスープは、澄んでいるが香りとコクがある。 トッピングの叉焼は自家製で、岐阜県の高級銘柄豚の“けんとん”を使用している。 なお、途中からスープに酢や辣油などを入れて味に変化をつけて食べるのもお勧めだ。

梗絲

この店は、本来は郷土寿司の製造·販売店だが、飛騨牛料理もイートインとテイクアウトの両方で提供している。 ※イートインメニューには全て味噌汁・小鉢・自家製デザートが付く。 この店の1番人気のメニューは、飛騨牛の握り4貫と鉄火巻6個の「飛騨牛づくし」だ。 飛騨牛のサーロインをさっぱりと酢飯で味わう「飛騨牛ひつまぶし」も美味しい。
