Royce’ Chocolate World

The first ever chocolate factory inside an airport. Look through the glass to see the manufacturing process. There is also a museum about chocolate and a shop.

Shinei no Oka Observatory Park

Typical of Hokkaido scenery, the simple sprawling view of Biei’s rolling hills can be seen from this observatory park. The view of the sunset is especially famous for its beauty. The observatory park can be found midway through Panorama Road and a convenient break spot with bathrooms, a rest area, a parking lot, and shops.

Goryōkaku Tower

Standing 107 meters tall, the tower is located inside Goryōkaku Park near the entrance. The view of Goryōkaku from the observation deck is fabulous. You must climb up. You can also see the city of Hakodate, the sea, and mountains.

Rokkatei

Sapporo Main Store” with “very good cost performance”, “Rokkatei – Sapporo Main Store”, and Biss Sweets,” which has “six popular stores from various parts of Hokkaido,” and “Kitakaro Sapporo Main Building,” which is a renovated building in a wonderful historical building, are especially recommended.
