Towering at a height of 700 meters, Kikuseidai, the observatory at the top of Mt. Maya offers one of the most magnificent night views in Japan.

It is a mountain closer to the middle of Kobe, so you’ll be able to overlook the streets of Kobe and Osaka’s ocean horizons.

When you get off at Hoshi no Eki Station, the last stop of the ropeway, you’ll find yourself at the pathway called Kirakira Komichi.

The luminous stones on the pathway absorb UV rays during the day and sparkle during the night.

In this way, Kirakira Komichi glitters just like the Milkyway.
