Approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour (Boarding the Hankyu Kobe Main Line will be your fastest option.) From Sannomiya Station, board Hankyu Dentetsu, Hanshin Dentetsu or the JR line. In respective order, depending on which line your board, get off at either Rokko Station, Mikage Station, or Rokko Michi Station. Board the City Bus on Route 16 and get off at Rokko Cable Shita Bus Station. |
