In Kansai International Airport, Kansai Airport Station is located between the airport and the Aero Plaza with Terminal 1 and hotels, and the LCC exclusive Terminal 2 is located farther out. Terminal 1 — which cost roughly 150 billion yen — has a sophisticated and fine interior with restaurants and shopping facilities; Terminal 2 — which only cost 8 billion yen — has a facility quality and interior that is not quite outstanding.
Moreover, in order to arrive at Aero Plaza from Terminal 2, a shuttle bus that is available every 35 minutes, and takes 78 minutes, must be used (free of charge).
